What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it), and what you bought.
- Payment: processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that you paid, the card type and last four digits, never your full card number.
- Support: the emails you send us and our replies.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your browser and the pages you visit. This website (us.thedeepsoak.com) does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our checkout uses cookies that are needed to complete your purchase.
How we use it
- To process your payment, ship your order and send you order and tracking emails.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you agreed to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

- our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers, to deliver it;

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, generally up to 7 years. Support emails are kept while your order is supported and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing team@thedeepsoak.com. We reply within 30 days.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email.
- Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, have these rights by law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising from this website, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Security and children
We use reputable providers with encrypted connections to protect your information. Our products are not sold to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
